Natural Smoke
As Chris did more than 35 years ago, we still naturally smoke our pepperoni and other products. Adapting state-of-the-art smokehouses we have emulated Chris’s traditional smoking using natural hardwood. In this new environment, with taste as the ultimate goal and food safety a priority, only a pure smoke penetrates our products without the chance of contamination or taste of creosote, soot or ash.

To guarantee the integrity of our products we routinely evaluate them using both internal and external food specialists.
